Founded by Lee Mavin, AxisPoint Introductions operates on a finder-only model, providing discrete, role-specific introductions to experienced professionals who are genuinely open to new opportunities. We do not advertise vacancies, supply labour, or operate payroll services.

With over a decade of business development experience within recruitment environments, AxisPoint Introductions was established to offer a lower-friction, relationship-led alternative to traditional agency recruitment. Our focus is on quality, timing and fit, not volume.

Every introduction is made with prior candidate consent and only where there is a clear alignment between the individual and the hiring organisation. There are no exclusivity requirements or long-term commitments.
